Cindy brings over 25 years experience to the Real Estate profession. Specializing in New Home Sales and Marketing, Cindy is also director of Sales and Marketing for the Michaels Group, a leading new home builder in the Capital Region. Having trained with several renowned national new home sales trainers she is one of the first Realtors in this area to specialize in new home sales exclusively and has sold over 440 million in real estate.  She is also Immediate Past President of The Women's Council of Realtors and serves as Trustee of the Educational Foundation which grants funds for students and teachers. Tony brings 11 years of sales and marketing experience to Signature Homes Realty. Prior to his Real Estate career Tony was the Senior Account Executive with Lamar Outdoor Advertising overseeing some of the worlds largest corporate accounts such as Proctor & Gamble, GE, Blue Cross~ Blue Shield and CDPHP to name a few.

Tony has been apart of Team Signature's New Home Sales division since 2001. Tim began his new construction career from an early age growing up in and around the new home building business. He has been involved in many aspects of operations including handling heavy equipment moving up the ranks to Assistant Supervisor and finally as Project Supervisor only to realize that his true passion would ultimately lie with New Construction Sales in the mid 2000's. Steve Michaels has been a licensed Associate Broker and New Home Consultant for The Michaels Group for over 10 years. He is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, NY with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining the family business he owned and operated a Landscape Design and Installation Business for 15 years as well as built and managed a Retail Plaza in Halfmoon, NY.

Steve serves as Co-Chairman of the Annual ALS Memorial Golf Tournament which has raised over 1/2 million dollars total over the past 9 years. This is the devastating disease more commonly known as "Lou Gehrigs Desease" which claimed the life of his father, James W. Michaels (Founder of The Michaels Group Builders) who passed away in 1992. Steve has dedicated his himself to raising awareness and funds to help improve the life of those afflicted.

Steve brings his passion to the sales team and loves working with buyers helping them bring their ideas to life. Steve is always available to assist and offer many ideas to help enhance the home buyers experience.
